Adrienne is a bilingual knowledge and information management consultant with deep expertise in crafting organizational structures to optimize findability. She excels in defining a strategy and getting (and keeping!) everyone aligned, particularly across business, design and technology teams. Over the past 14 years, she has accompanied clients in capturing requirements and proposing solutions for digital projects, delivering content models, taxonomies and information architecture to achieve objectives.

Adrienne joins Dovecot after leading theĀ digital strategy practice at the open source web agency Evolving Web, where she contributed to website builds and redesigns for clients such as Planned Parenthood Direct, the US Senate, and multiple Canadian post-secondary institutions and faculties. Prior to that, she spent six years guiding multidisciplinary teams within Ubisoft’s Knowledge Management department to improve knowledge sharing in pursuit of operational efficiency and innovation.

She regularly speaks and trainsĀ on topics related to information management, governance and content strategy, most recently at PSE Web, Drupal Midcamp, Enterprise Search & Discovery, and Taxonomy Bootcamp.

When she’s not pondering the optimal way to organize content, Adrienne enjoys reading, hiking and scoring the best thrift store finds.
